"Happiness was the right temperature water for splishy-splashies. As Baby Octo tied himself in knots and blew bubbles, Mama Octo decided that she should mention it, “Dear, people think we have 10 tickles, but actually, we've got 8 arms."

You will need: hot dogs, broccoli, carrots, radishes, spring onions, crab sticks, sesame seeds and macaroni. Don’t forget to rinse those veggies! If you prefer your veggies a little less raw, you can blanch the broccoli, carrots and radishes in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Cook the crab sticks and macaroni according to the directions on the packages. Enjoy preparing your food for more delicious family meals together!

Step 1

Cut one large hotdog for Mama Octo and one mini hotdog for Baby Octo. Cook (boil or fry) until their tentacles curl. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 2

Give the octopuses faces with sesame seeds, macaroni and crab sticks. Peel off a long strip of crab stick and use it to bundle up shorter lengths of chopped crab stick to form a bow.

Step 3

Decorate your Myojo bowl with carrots, radishes, broccoli and spring onions.
