Eggs are always a great classic addition to a noodle bowl, especially with these eggs that have extra style to spare. Let’s just call it more protein, vitamins, minerals and compliments with your noodle bowl. Remember to mould the eggs while they’re hot!

Step 1

Cut an empty, clean milk carton to get a strip with a lengthwise crease.

Step 2

Hard-boil egg. Cool under the tap slightly. Peel.

Step 3

Quick! Place still-warm egg on creased strip. Place a chopstick on top and press down gently. Secure with rubber bands at both ends.

Step 4

Leave for around 10 minutes or until the egg has taken on a heart shape. Slice and use as desired.
