You will need: cooked prawns, carrots, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, corn and sesame seeds. Make sure the prawns are properly cooked – they should be opaque. Don’t forget to rinse those veggies! If you prefer your veggies a little less raw, you can blanch the carrots in boiling water for 2–3 minutes. Enjoy preparing your food for more delicious family meals together!

Step 1

Peel and remove the heads and tails from cooked prawns. Add fins and faces with carrot, spring onions and sesame seeds.

Step 2

Halve cherry tomatoes. Cut and join to form flying fish. Add sesame seeds for eyes. Use toothpicks or skewers to make them fly.

Step 3

Decorate your Myojo bowl with corn and spring onions.
